MedTrust needed a way to gather a small group of high-value senior living operators in a focused, impactful setting that encouraged meaningful conversations beyond typical sales interactions.
The summit had to match the character of The Breakers and present MedTrust as an elevated, trustworthy partner. At the same time, it needed to qualify as a continuing education event for sponsor funding while still supporting organic relationship-building and partnership discussions.
Unbound built the complete visual identity system for "MedTrust Presents: Embark Senior Living Summit."

We extended MedTrust's brand into an event experience.

This included invitations, RSVP assets, name tags, itineraries, in-room packets, and learning materials.

With on-site collateral, we guided guests through every moment.

Each element—from daily schedules to sponsor recognition—reinforced consistency, clarity, and the valuable purpose of the summit.

We began with an invitation, using custom print and digital forms to set expectations and establish the event's elevated feel. We designed every touchpoint to feel intentional and aligned with MedTrust's goals.
On site, we delivered a seamless arrival and participation experience through coordinated materials, clear agendas, and thoughtfully crafted print collateral. Hospitality and education were blended through structured sessions, dinners, and activities that built trust naturally.
The summit opened space for conversations that rarely occur in a traditional sales pitch. MedTrust was able to root their discussions in trust and shared priorities. The event elevated MedTrust’s credibility, strengthened relationships with operators, and reinforced their capabilities in the senior living space.
1,000+ hard-to-reach trade workers were categorized and signed up through the kiosk system. R&E now has a segmented customer database, the ability to target messaging by role and store, and a direct communication channel to their most important buyers. The kiosk became the foundation for future marketing campaigns, community engagement, and store-specific promotions.
