This optimized Sideco's spend, brought in $756,910 in closed deals, and increased brand visibility where premium home renovations make financial sense.

Our Challenge

Sideco’s services are top-of-the-line, and not every neighborhood is the right fit. A broad EDDM approach could waste budget on mailboxes unlikely to convert and miss prospects in the communities where their work delivers the greatest ROI.

Sideco also needed a way to support neighborhoods where a job was already underway. They wanted to tell surrounding homes, “your neighbor is upgrading their home, and you can too."

We built a neighborhood selection model to prioritize areas of interest based on home value, renovation activity, and historical spending on premium home exteriors.

This approach maximizes SideCo's budget and reaches homeowners most prepared to invest.
